Whether it’s is personal life or professional life, who doesn’t love working with others that are rockstars? People you can count on that are kind, there for you when you need them, and motivated to make things happen! Luckily, here in southeast Idaho we work with some of the best clients and vendors in the real estate realm; which include area mortgage lenders. So that got us thinking, how can we include them in some of our fun while allowing our followers to get to know their fun side that we get to see too? Answer: A lender showdown!

Idaho Central Credit Union, InterWest Mortgage, Don Williams with D.L. Evans Bank, and Brandon Rhodehouse of PacWest Mortgage all stepped up for a wicked fun challenge of setting up a photo backdrop at one of our listings for you all to snap pictures with your crew at over this Halloween weekend. The goal? Be crowned the winner of this year’s Halloween Showdown. Check out what they came up with:

Idaho Central Credit Union

The team at Idaho Credit Union might have set up a phenomenal Hocus Pocus inspired backdrop at 1750 Coronado Street but their company’s mission is anything but hocus pocus. “Helping members achieve financial success.” This is the very core of what we do every day. In order to achieve our ultimate goal of providing exceptional, personalized service, and given our diverse field of membership, it is imperative that we instill trust and create loyalty in all aspects of offering financial solutions to our members. They really do an incredible job at doing just that! Learn more about their services by clicking: https://bit.ly/3sITQbg.

InterWest Mortgage

No bones about it, the display at 392 W 14th Street InterWest Mortgage put together is awesome! InterWest has built a strong reputation as an outstanding mortgage company. As you know, there are many tough decisions to make when purchasing a home. Their lenders have 75 years of combined experience in originating mortgage loans. Along with providing exceptional financial support, InterWest’s mortgage lenders are dedicated to providing the resources and knowledge you need to realize your homeownership dreams! Don Williams of D.L. Evans Bank

This isn’t a spell! Don has been in the mortgage industry a little over 30 years and he’s also amazing at putting together a great photo backdrop as you can see at 3975 E 146 N in Rigby. Don is tireless in his work ethic and is available to both the real estate agent, builder and client at their convenience, as he realizes 9-5 is not always time-friendly for everyone. In addition, Don has taught mortgage financing classes for new realtors in a classroom setting for over ten years; he was pleased to see the majority of those students progress to become top agents in their respective markets.
