Beard received her real estate license in 2020 and has already hit the ground running. In her first year she’s already helped more than a dozen families! Although Beard has only lived in the Bear Lake area two years, she was able to quickly see why people adore it. “We used to visit family here quite often and felt the pull to make the move ourselves.” Beard says, “ You can’t beat the small town feel.
